Quest offers premium support

Quest is passionate about customer support! The benefits our support services provide include:

Software Updates:

  • Quest Support provides 3 to 4 upgrade notices per year
  • All active support customers will receive update notifications via email with access to the Viewpoint’s ClearView support portal

Technical Support (Unlimited):

  • By phone 8.00am to 8.00pm Australia EST time Monday to Friday. An afterhours message bank is available and a Support Staff Member calls back promptly
  • Email Support responds to enquiries within 2 (two) business hours
  • “Direct Connect Assist” live web help is available during business hours
  • Review Quest Service Agreement for response times

Quantity Verification:

  • Requires a completed Earthwork job to be forwarded and PDF attachment of related plan
  • Allow 48 hours (Monday to Friday) for a response

Training Services:

  • Regional Training Days will be conducted over a five day period.  Laptops, lunch and conference room will be provided
  • $250.00 per attendee per day will be charged. More details can viewed here
